The KingTone Blues Power Deluxe pairs with the Josh Williams Guitars Mockingbird — Tone Specific Bloombucker Humbuckers — into the Benson Amps Vincent 2x12" with Scumback H75-PVC speakers. Effectrode Tube Vibe joins from 09:56.

The Blues Power Deluxe is Jesse Davey's expansion on his original Blues Power — the same transparent, amp-breakup philosophy but with more tonal range on tap. Switchable clipping modes let you shape the drive character from subtle sparkle through to fat, saturated sustain, while active Bass and Treble controls give genuine EQ sculpting rather than a fixed tone stack — useful for tailoring the pedal to single coils, humbuckers, or whatever amp is on the other end.

Clean amp tones explored from 01:06: glassy sparkle and subtle breakup with the transparency that defines the Blues Power lineage — the pedal enhances the amp and guitar's own character rather than imposing a fixed voice on top of it. Pushed amp tones from 06:24: warm midrange growl, edge-of-breakup drive, singing sustain.

The Boost function is a genuinely powerful clean boost — capable of sitting at unity for pure tone sweetening, or pushing an already cranked amp much harder. Explored slamming the Benson Vincent's cranked clean channel from 08:21, with the Effectrode Tube Vibe added from 09:56. Volume knob cleanup explored in depth from 12:47, showing how the pedal responds to guitar volume and picking dynamics across the full range of clipping and EQ settings.
